Wrenn Development, the company behind The Battery, infuses each
of its properties with distinctive elements designed to create
the most comfortable and active lifestyle possible. This community
is located in the heart of Park West, which boasts one of the
best public school systems in the area. Shopping, grocery stores,
and fitness areas are all within close proximity to The Battery.
The outdoor pool area
is one of the community's main shared public spaces. Curvilinear
trellis provides ample shade for the various seating areas, while
a public grill makes cooking out with neighbors
a favorite weekend activity.
The oyster pavilion and
surrounding garden area are a
favorite gathering spot on the grounds. Designed in the Lowcountry
vernacular, the expansive porch-like space features 12-foot stucco
arches and a large masonry fireplace. With the ability to comfortably
hold 50 guests, this private amenity is ideal for family reunions,
birthday parties, and casual neighborhood gatherings.
Our architectural team has also designed
a dog bath house with a doggy drinking fountain
and a fenced play area, a gardening house
that allows residents to cultivate and plan their own flowers in
pocket gardens located throughout the community, and a car wash area.
